Team formation rules—substitutions and Solo Scholars

Substitutions: If all three scholars on a qualified team from the same Global Round delegation register for the Tournament of Champions, they must do so together. Only if not all qualified scholars from a delegation are able to attend the Tournament of Champions, two-member teams may divide to complete other teams from the same delegation.
Solo Scholars: If only one member of a qualified team can participate, register that scholar as a substitute completing a two-person team of your own, or request our help in finding a match with a team from another delegation.

+ Add a scholar not listed—qualifiers from another Global Round

3Scholar details

Birthdates are DD/MM/YY. Every scholar attending must have turned 11 by the first day of the event.

Let families enter their details—when you don’t have every birthdate and email on hand Each scholar gets a private link their family opens to enter those details—review what they send and apply it before submitting.

4Adults

Full-access adults follow one division. Registration includes all meals and reserved theater seating. Debate judges serve on their division’s day at a reduced fee, and may lead the Scavenge too for a further reduction—every judge lists an email address, where their schedule and certificate go. Each division allows two adults for every nine scholars.
